Returns & Exchanges
Returns
If you wish to return an item or product, we will refund you. However, you will need arrange for it to be delivered to us at your cost. Please note, returns are only applicable if the product is in working condition and if the products were in no way applied to your car. You can return your products within (7) days of purchase. Products need to be returned in their original condition with original packaging and still in resellable condition. For return of items that were not in a faulty condition, a handling fee of 20% shall be charged.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges of products given back to us in its original condition with original packaging and still in resellable condition within seven (7) days of purchase. We will allow you to exchange the product with another one. Please note, if the products were in any way used on your car, you can not exchange it. The return courier costs will also be on the buyers account and the initial courier cost can not be recovered. In case the buyer got free shipping, a fee of R100 shall be added to the
order. If there is a price difference in the products you wish to exchange, you will need to pay the remaining balance.
