Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your BnB Exhausts hardware. You may return your items within seven (7) days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Condition: The product must be in its original, working condition and must not have been installed or applied to your vehicle.

• Packaging: Items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition.

• Exclusions: Custom-ordered systems or parts specifically modified for your vehicle may not be eligible for return.

Refunds & Fees

• Non-Faulty Returns: For returns where the product is not faulty, and was returned after the seven (7) day window, a 20% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return courier to our facility. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for “Free Shipping,” a fee of R200 will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial logistics cost.

• Payment Processing: Refunds for orders paid via Payflex or Crypto may be subject to additional processing times or adjusted exchange rates (for crypto).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within seven (7) days of purchase if the product is in its original, unused condition.

• If the new item has a higher price, the balance must be settled before shipping.

• If the new item is cheaper, the difference (minus courier costs) will be credited or refunded.
