I initially purchased this product on Takealot. After having my car resprayed and exhaust work done, electrical issues emerged. The exhaust shop failed to install the fuse included with the box, leading to problems when the respray shop reassembled the car. I strongly advise ensuring the fuse is installed—replacing a small part is far more economical than replacing the entire unit.
Fortunately, I received a refund from the respray shop, and the company’s owner personally assisted in correctly installing the new box. Now, my BMW E46 325CI sounds fantastic. Excellent product, excellent service!
